As the church grows, the roles of paid staff , the board, lay leaders and volunteers must be clarified. How could this clarity help your church?
Where are we going? How will we get there? How can we stay on the same page? I have tools to help your church answer these important questions.
Mt. 28 and Acts 2 give us a good picture of what the church should be doing. My Church Health Assessment is designed to help you measure your church.
Sometimes as leaders, we simply need someone with whom we can talk out leadership issues.
My Leadership Coaching service provides this and more.

Consulting Service
A Church Health Assessment is a 2-4 month process whereby the church works with the consultant to assess the church using Mt. 28 and Acts 2:44-47 as a bibilical standard.
There are three phases to the assessment:
1.) Data gathering which includes a Church Health Survey, and a demographic study of your community;
2.) Data review by the consultant, on-site observations of worship, and interviews of staff, board, and others;
3.) A written report that is presented in person to the leadership team with 4-7 prioritized recommendations.
